    Hi Garden Gurus!!

Was looking for some advice on growing strawberries

Last Year we planted a raised bed of strawberries, we have 8 raised beds total 5ft x 3ft and we have since gotten into growing more and more vegetables and they are all doing very well but we are at the stage now where we don't want to devote a full bed to strawberries!

We are also bothered with rabbits so not sure if planting in the ground would be an idea either

i have seen the tiered pots you can get but we would need a lot of them to move all the strawberries into? are there any other proved growing methods people would recommend?

A friend uses this sort of thing with good results - fine for a few plants, so depends on how many you're planning on growing.
He wraps copper tape on the legs to deter slugs, but I'm not sure if that really works.
    Google Search

From what I've read, the tiered pots don't work well.

Hanging baskets are widely used for commercial strawberries, reckon 2-3 plants per danish planter, ideally on a sunfacing wall or trapeze wires , perhaps in a polytunnel, away from slugs, netted if needed

Are those the one I stuff my face with when watering? The strawberry season and the watering season coincide at the same time as luck would have it!
