I have never really bothered with Streptocarpus before but I couldn't resist this colour when I saw it in a GC, there are new strains now which flower longer and more profusely than the older types.
    Impulse buy, who me?:D

I grew a few some years ago Strongy, but I think at the time I had problems with white fly.

That looks like a good one, nice dark green leaves.
I saw some recently, for sale, that had the one single very long leaf, not really good for the non specialist I thought.

As they root easily in water (as my mum does) or straight in a pot, I might remove a couple of leaves and get a few more going.
These were from Dibley's nursery (via Wyevale) which are well known for these and Begonias and were very good quality. I bought a Begonia Listada (a favourite of mine) while I was there too.:)

Absolutely stunning strongy! I haven't seen that one before.

I have a few frown from leaf cuttings from family and neighbours. It is remarkable to watch the propogation process! Noticed this afternoon that there is a little bud on one of my streptocarpus! Yours is way ahead!!! :)
