String crochet shopping bag

    While it was snowing ,I had bought big ball of purple string at Christmas time for use in garden.

    Then thought I could make a crochet shopping bag you could scrunch up to fit in pocket etc.

    I have the pattern but it really should be made with Patons Grace pure cotton yarn.

    Turned out effective as a trial with string but cotton be softer and easier to use a crochet hook.
