    I thought Mrs Scrungee would be impressed with this marrow ring I presented her with to turn into something delicious for dinner, but all she said was "stuff it!"

      I think I'd slap some roller ink on it and use it as a printing block for some avant garde designer wallpaper. You could probably rinse it off after and do the biz with the rice and pine nuts.

      That would make a meal for four, Scrungee. Haven't had one in years but love it stuffed with a tasty mince filling. They are difficult to find here but courgettes are plentiful, as are aubergines, so may have to put that on the menu in the near future.
