Succulent

    Hi all, I'm hoping one of you might be able to ID the succulent below,
    I've checked my ref books and the internet without success, I'm obviously
    looking in the wrong places. hope you can help.

    :scratch: Hmm, could be Echeveria derosa, but not sure.. You could try googling Echevarias & see if you can find it..

    Well I've taken a look at Echeveria derosa but from what I can see the leaves look a bit more fleshy/rounded on derosa then on the OP's Echeveria also derosa's flower spikes appear to come from the centre of the rosette, I've been looking at the plants listed here --> http://www.desert-tropicals.com/Plants/Crassulaceae/Echeveria.html and closest I can see is Echeveria runyonii but I'm still not happy with that:scratch:

    Thanks for your help guys, at least I now know it's an Echeveria, I know where to look now

    I know what you mean Aesculus, I also Echeveria glauca as well, but I thought the leaves looked a tad too blue/grey but not sure... :scratch: If you come up with a positive ID Peter lest us know...:thumb:

    Hi Marley Farley and Aesculus. I did a bit of surfing and came up with
    "Echeveria Secunda Glauca" it looks very much like mine, what do you think?
    mine is on the right.
