Succulents plus Palm

    I saw this nice little grouping today at the beach and thought I'd share it with you.

    Agave americana Marginata (I think), Opuntia ficus-indica in bloom and Phoenix canariensis ...

    Its all a bit too bright for me LOL.
    It never hardly got daylight here today, we have the wind off the north sea and are suffering from the gloom that that usually brings.
    Anyway nice plants, I wonder why I struggle to grow them here? :D

    Sorry, pete ... shall I darken the photo a bit?

    Actually, it was a bit bright (although I have adjusted the contrast slightly) because you really can't see the flowers very well ... perhaps on a dull day here ... :rolleyes:

    Rather see them as seperate specimens LoL besides I think you could fall foul of the opuntia whilst tending to the other plants, nice photo though.

    Well, guys, it's not in MY garden. I did say on the beach ... this is the only other photo I have of it, which is not much different from the first ...

    looks like Agave Americana Marginata in the first pic, in the darkened pic it looks more like Variegata!

    Nice plants.
