Suggestion

Suggestion - we have a number of newbie gardeners looking to develop their gardens for year round interest, and we have a number of more experienced gardeners/photographers who have learnt about what plant where and what does what.

May I suggest 12 new threads - that all can contribute to from their own gardens i.e January - colour in your garden. February colour in your garden and so on.

Could be flowers, berries, leaves, vegetable, shrub, tree. Picture, plus a brief description - height, width, frost hardy, special needs. Could build into quite a resource for newbies and experienced gardeners alike.

Unfortunately Jjordie I am not a veggie grower so my harvest is visual cos I am not very good at cutting but happy to share.

Just a suggestion Fran, thought it would be nice to see the results of people's gardens, flowers etc. as well as veggies - or even some 'disaster areas'.
