Summerhouse nearly there....

A very good early evening to all :-)

Had a very productive day today, and cracked on with the summerhouse.

I laid the floor, and put some skirting on. All painted bar a few bits and the electrics to connect up. Loud speakers in and an alarm installed.

It's been insulated, walls, floor and roof too, and tongue and grooved on top (420 metres of the stuff!) should be good for all round use now.

 

I could live in something like that. It's excellent.

There is a 20"LCD telly to go in too ( one from the kitchen that is never on, so may as well get some use out of it) and a stereo that is languishing under the telly in the lounge that doesn't get used. The patio furniture is only temporary as it will go back on the decking and some sofas to be put in ( when funds allow!)

I think u are well on the way to Chelsea show garden with your planting schemes giraffe and summerhouse. It's by far my favourite garden on gc and there are some beautiful ones!
