Sunflower seeds- to soak or not to soak?

    Hi

    I'm starting some sunflower seeds off in pots for my Grandson, my question is should I soak them first or do anything else?

    I don't soak my seeds Stingo, just plant them and they usually appear within a week. [​IMG]

    Mine have just come up, and I sowed them last week - didn't soak them.

    That's good - I have just sown some too an didn't soak them! I did wonder though if I was meant to take the shell off? [​IMG] [​IMG]

    Hi Having a sunflower shindig here in Rhyl this year. Planted about 90 seeds outside and 90 inside the greenhouse. going to see if they flower at the same time [​IMG]

    I planted some for my g-daughter, didn't bother soaking them and they all came up in just over a week. All the best
