                Thank you Woo and all my other GC mates. I've been out in the garden in the sun for a couple of hours this morning. It was delightful, and it's still shining brilliantly this afternoon,

                    Good evening @"M" if you cannot get enough Sun then there are other ways to get your vitamin D;)

                    1. Fatty fish can be a good source of vitamin D. Common options include salmon, trout, mackerel, tuna, and eel. ;)

                    2.Fresh fish aren't the only way to boost your vitamin D intake; you can get vitamin D from a can, too.
                    Canned tuna fish and canned sardines both contain vitamin D, and are usually less expensive than fresh fish.;)

                      @wiseowl Thank you, woo. I eat fish at least once a week either tinned sardines/tuna or frozen salmon/tuna. I eat it for the omega 3 so I'm delighted to learn about the Vitamin D content as a bonus :thumbsup: Very kind of you to take the time to type that out and much appreciated :spinning:
