Surfinia plants in hanging basket.............

Can anyone tell me how many I would need for an 18" basket?

There are some that say one plant for every inch of width of the baskets,but this would be ok with smaller plants imo.
If you have good strong healthy plants I Think 10ish would make a fabulous basket.Doubles would be good, less deadheading.
