Suugestions re Raspberries please .....

    I've got a glut of raspberries, we've eaten them until we're in danger of turning red, I've frozen about 10lb, made jam, 'blitzed' them and frozen the resultant purée (some with, some without the seeds).

    Anyone got any unusual, different, ideas of things to do with them?
