Sweet Tattie and Leek Soup

    Vert tasty on a cold snowy day.

    Saute sweet tattie and leek in olive oil add seasoning to taste then veg stock.

    Bring to boil then simmer and blitz.

    Yum Scotkat... A good basic recipe, that one can adapt to whatever your veggies are in the larder... :thmb: A mix of taters & sweet taters gives it a real winter thick winter warmer feel & the pots thicken it while it is cooking.... Good rib sticking stuff...!!!! :hehe:
