Swiss flower beds

    I took some pics of the flower beds and containers around Interlaken as they were quite varied with annual and perennial mixes.

    Same plant in another container, does anyone know the green leaved plant here with tiny berry like flowers?

    I think multi branched Cleome look much better than single stemmed plants.

    I've never seen Alternanthera used as edging, we only grew it for floral clocks and badges. The Pilea Microphylla behind was unusual too.

    The typical Swiss balcony Geraniums.

    The toxicity of the Brugmansia and Ricinus obviously doesn't matter here.

      A lovely combination of plants Strongy. :) I'm not sure the all red 'Pelargoniums' do the building justice, they look a little bland.
