    lantra, pretty sure its a colutea arborescens. Should have yellow flowers soon followed by inflated seed pods.

    thank you pete,i will look out for the flowers and let you know.im new to computers so it took me a while to get the photo attached.the seed pods were inflated when we moved here,thats how it got the name t-bag tree.
