TENS machine advice

    I have a dodgy knee . Doctor 1 says its a ligament to cartilage problem . Doctor 2 says its arthritis . Visits to Physio , exercising , anti inflams and a weeks sun and gentle swimming and walking have made no improvement.
    At the Physio he put a professional Tens machine on my knee , which seemed to help. Now I know nothing about these devices , but it seems the more expensive ones say they are for pain relief and Muscle & Neuromuscular Stimulator (?) Not sure what that means. Would it be worth giving them a try to improve my muscles around the joint ?

    Hi Harry, I've used a tens-machine and its more about blocking the pain signals than healing and you need to be careful not to overdo it on your knee whilst wearing it.
