    He seemed like a very nice man, I never read his books but it's sad he has passed away so young from a nasty disease.

    Phil was really sad to hear this news, he's read all his books. His type of writing wasn't my thing, really, but very sad that he was stricken with this awful condition so young. I think he was only 67 or so when he passed? I don't think they have said why he passed so quickly, or did I miss that?
