Tesco Clubcard Vouchers

    Is there any members that are Tesco Clubcard members and if so have you had your latest vouchers come through yet?

    I am sure I saw something that said they were going to be sent out this monday {Ocotober 28th} but as yet have not recieved them.I had an email come through some weeks ago saying that accounts had been hacked into and the vouchers stolen and spent.My hubby opened an online account when we were on dialup years ago so now we have changed to a different provider Tesco won't let me log on to check the account on line as he can't remember the old password or email address he used so before I ring Tesco's up to try and sort all this out just wanted to check to see if the voucers are on their way to customers.

    Not got mine yet, but the total on the receipts has plummeted so I guess they're on the way.

        If you login to your Clubcard account online you can check them and print off to use in store before the printed vouchers arrive. The vouchers for the last quarter have been in all of our clubcard accounts for several days now, but no paper vouchers delivered and they can come over a period of 2 weeks.

        P.S. They should also show up as available for use if shopping at Tesco Direct (I did that last night and vouchers were available), buy groceries, clothing, etc. online, or exchanging for 'double up' vouchers to print off and use in store.


        @Kandy Is your Clubcard account or your Tesco online shopping account you don't have access to (or both)?

        You really ought to sort out a new email address, because if your old one was linked to a previous ISP and has now been allocated to somebody else who then gets a Clubcard mailing to alert them to it being used for an account, all they have to do is select 'lost password?' at the login and Tesco will re-set it, email them the new password and then they can clear our all your clubcard vouchers. There have been numerous reports of people losing all their vouchers

              Thanks everyone for their feed back so will wait and see what turns up:smile:

              Scrungee,I tried ringing Tesco's yesterday morning but after pressing option 5 I think it was just got music and then a voice cutting in every so often to say please stay on the line etc but in the end couldn't hang on any longer.:mad:

              I can't log in on line as I said in the previous post because we have a different provider and so the password changed but the original password is the one that Mr Kandy can't remember:nonofinger: We don't do on line shopping either always go to the store and spend a fortune:mute:

                Got an email Saturday evening advising me my Clubcard Statement is on it's way. I knew that because I'd already been online last Thursday and spent some of the vouchers that haven't been delivered yet.

                Does everybody realise that if you manage your Clubcard Account online, in addition to able to view/use/print out your vouchers, you can do the same with money off/points coupons? There's nothing worse that buying something just before coupons for it get delivered, especially items like reduced 75% off cheese or fish when if also using coupons you can get the cost down to pennies.

                Our local store has a machine where they can be printed so you don't even need to use your own paper and printer ink.

                    Mr Kandy finally got through to Tesco's on Saturday and explained what had gone on and the chap who he spoke to said that the account had been set up in my name as Mrs xxxxx,But I have now realised that instead of ticking the Mr Box he has ticked the Mrs box as I never ever use his name and don't like being known as Mrs Sxxxxxx xxxxxxxxxxxxxx.

                    Anyway the chap said he would send us within 15 minutes an email with a new password so that we could get into the account and then change the password to a new one,but that was Saturday pm and we are still waiting for the email to come through:gaah:He has tried ringing several times over the weekend but all he gets is a long wait with rubbish tunes playing.We are begining to lose the will to live:snork:We was told though that our vouchers will be sent out very soon but it would be nice to be able to view the account like other people can view theirs:biggrin:
