    [​IMG] Ok everyone, at your request, Welcome to our 2nd competition for the best Macro Flower Shot of 2010 on GC..!! A subject for us all...

    These comps will run through the Spring & Summer Months only...

    :) There have been some superb flower photos posted by lots of you now & as most of us have Macro buttons or even in some cases macro lenses I thought this would be a super way to display your prime shots..!! :yho:

    The competition will run for the summer & the winning photos will be displayed in our End of Year Gallery..

    :gnthb: There is plenty of scope for everyone here I think... So all that remains for me to say is Happy Shooting & Good Luck...!!! :gnthb:



    The competition is of course based on the Integrity & Honesty of the entrants first & foremost...!!


    1. All entries to be submitted by 23.59Hrs on the last day of the competition.

    2. You can enter up to 5 (5) pictures.

    3. Give your picture a title

    4.
    Photos to be taken with Macro lens or button on camera
    ..

    5. Photos have to be taken within the current Spring & summer period of this competition & year 2010..

    * "Competitors are advised that they should ensure that their camera's time and date function is set correctly as EXIF data attached to most images is available to moderators and other competitors. *

    6. Image to be, "as taken" ..
    NOT to be altered in any way OTHER than..
    a) Cropping/Enlargement.
    b) Insertion of text, for copyright reasons, if desired.
    c) A single colour plain border only, permitted, no frames..
    ( use of a.b. & c. are of course optional)

    Any image deemed to be altered will be deleted.. Mods decision is final.

    7.
    Post your photos within this thread for entry into the competition. Display your photo up to full size 600x800.. No thumbnails or links please..!

    8. The winner will be decided by votes by the users of the forum.

    Users Vote Guidelines below:-

    1. Competitors cannot vote for any of their own photographs.

    2. Competitors vote on a 1st, 2nd and 3rd place basis with 1st place carrying 5 points 2nd place 3 points and 3rd place 1 point - The photograph with the most vote points wins etc 3. Competitors votes should not be cast until after the competition closes and be in before 11.59pm three days after the competition closes.

    All members of the forum get a vote, not just those who've submitted pictures.
