    The giant Gunnera has collapsed for the year
    If the weather continues to get colder it will soon begin its sleep until next April
    This photograph gives you some idea of how high it was, as it was some 4 feet higher than the Teahouse behind it

    Ahh, roll on 2008 :D

    I folded my leaves over on saturday for another year. Because they get so massive it always looks so bear after, yours even more so !

    Iv also folded mine over.I love gunnera and that's a cracker mate.My one i'snt as big as that yet however it's doing very well thanks to you banana man.It's the one that you sent me in the spring. [​IMG] [​IMG]
