The devil made me do it

I got lazy and decided not to clear the snow off the greenhouse with a broom so when OH wasn't looking, went in there and turned the heater from pilot to full blast until the snow ran off....naughty Lori

I know, immature thing a kid would do.....

Anyone else guilty of being naughty?

You probably know more about snow than me @CanadianLori but if we get snow I leave it on the roof as insulation.
As often here snowfall is followed by some clear frosty nights.

I'm naughty sometimes, but then again how many of us can honestly say they haven't burnt down an important public building at one time in their life?

I once saved a listed building by calling the fire brigade and telling them I could see plumes of smokecoming from it. I was thanked for the call, and was actually told that nobody else had told them (despite it being in a citycentre ).

The following issue of our local free news letter had an article about it. The article said despite it being in a busy area of the city, in the middle of the day, only one anonymous caller had called the fire service. I was livid. I wasn't anonymous at all. I'd given all my details just in case they needed to call me back to direct them, as I didn't know the address of the building in question.

 

Be grateful ... they saved you a shedload of weirdo's (or the person who may have caused the fire to see if the insurance was active) locating you
