The Leek

Hi, im new to this and just wondering if any of you know if this is a disease or not on my show leek.

The disease looks like Hard, White, Rough lumps on the leaves of the show leek and only one of my leeks have been affected by this and im just wondering if this is a diseases and is their a cure if this happens to it next year.
