For several days now, I have been wondering why the hanging basket at my front door keeps getting 'messed up'.

The lovely purple Lobelia looks like something has been having a fight with it.

I keep straightening it up and fluffing it up again.... but what could it be ?

It is right by the front door and right by the bay window

I was just sitting here on the computer and something caught my eye on the basket

    :dh:

    Here is the cuprit !

    :skp:

A Goldfinch inches from my window.... that's why the photo isnt that good. I had to grab the camera and click through the glass in seconds before it flew off. But it didnt ! Scalliwag kept on messin'

It could be extra nesting material it's after between broods, the coconut fibre would be very desirable in their home.:)

    Good shot Blueroses.
I think Strongylodon's got it right. It's nesting material they're after. That coconut fibre would be just great.
