The Moon on January 3rd

Been playing with the manual settings on my camera after getting a few tips and last week I came up with my best moon shots to date, happy days

 

Wow Bilbo. They are fantastic. Have you got some really fancy kit? How did you achieve these please?

Thanks Jenny, I have a Panasonic lumix fz200 bridge camera which I put on a tripod and used a cabled remote. I had it Aperture priority mode with the following settings:



The variation in these shots was achieved by altering the exposure bias back to -1 and then 0
