        Fantastic Woo. I heard something on the news about last night being a "blue moon" and as it's a rare event hence the saying "once in a blue moon". Unfortunately I didn't hear the 1st bit which is when I presume it was explained what exactly constitutes a "blue moon"!

          Good morning @silu and thank you for your kind and friendly post my friend ,how this one;)When two full moons are seen within a single calendar month, the second is called a blue moon.It is a quirk arising from the interaction of the lunar cycle - around 29.5 days - and the human calendar in which months range from 28 to 31 days long.:smile:

          The next blue moon is not due until 2018.:smile:

            Apparently on the 27th of the month Mars will be alongside the moon and looking as large. Just hope its a clear night!
