Over the years I have fought long battles with the moles in my garden, but the latest just takes the cake. I have a raised garden in my patio, years ago it used to be a fishpond with a concrete bottom and the walls cladded with brick, it is about 2l inches high. Well a few days ago I found a tunnel!!! I was perplexed, but filled it in, only to find the following day it had appeard again, so I filled it in again and put a hefty brick on it, was this morning it is back again pushed round the brick in defience. It can only be a mole!!! Any suggestions as to what is it can be. If it is a mole how it managed to climb up is a a mystery to me.

If it's a mole its one not to be messed with and thats for sure...maybe your only option is planting a bomb and see if that sorts your little guy out! :D

Hi Seeker Of Knowledge, contrary to common beleif, moles don't just burry underground, they will also travel above ground at night, when it is quietest, so my guess is it's climbed up there.
