The new hobby.......it's Salsa time!

Well, a few weeks ago I was invited out for a girly night to try salsa dancing. Wasn't really 'into' it to begin with....but a night out with the girls is always in order What a hoot it was - was slow at first getting some of the basic movements/footwork going....and a real strain at first on the calf muscle with the ball/heel foot movements.....but, I have to say, after three weeks of it now......we're all really enjoying it! You can't help but have a 'feel good' feeling afterwards - and the bit of exercise will help keep a galaxy bar or two off of my rear end as well

Anybody else into slasa?
