    Did anyone take any pictures of the Supermoon last night?

    we had lots of cloud over solihull so this was the best i could get before it completely disappeared

        There's another one coming up 27-28th September. It's a red supermoon in combination with an eclipse. Should be good if the sky is clear.

          Yep im waiting for it altho the total eclipse is like at 3-4am

                Anybody else staying up/putting alarm on for the early hours?

                Looking at the cloud forecast last night, I thought I would have to bring forward my proposed trip to the SW to fish the supermoon big spring tides (which occur 2 days after the event, so on Wednesday), but there should now be periods of clear skies and partial cloud (which might add a bit of interest to pics.

                  Im playing it by ear going to see what the cloud is like when i feel like going to bed and then going to make a decision on either to stay up or set an alarm if its clear
