HI ALL ,you work your ar** off to make a Garden Something that you enjoy and other people passing enjoy. on tuesday morning @ 7 am i stepped out to collect my morning paper from the shop . on my steps to the house i had 3 heavy stone garden ornaments .they were about 2 feet high x 1 foot at the Base, very heavy!.
2 of the figures where (GONE) :(. i had them "CEMENTED" to the steps!..
i informed the local police who were very attentive .they came to the house and took all the details within a day. losing garden ornaments did not really upset me ,what
made me mad was ,the thieves, in taking the ornaments were only 2 foot f rom my door:mad:. unfortunately the night of the incident my Security light was out of commission, but would this have stopped them???. i had the local crime prevention officers today to take statements. in our conversations they devulged ,locally a gardener was getting contracts, completing one garden ,collecting his fee??, and stealing the ornaments etc to his next project:cnfs:

" STOP THIS WORLD I WANT TO GET OFF " music

OMG, how terrible. Obviously the people getting that person to do jobs doesn't ask for particular things/references - or maybe they do!

I know what you'd like to do to them, me too.

My neighbour has a new activated light in the garden which we activate. I was not sure at first cos I used to like to go out for fresh air and the cold (woman thing!) and it came on to when I went out to show all in my pj's:).

Anyone that takes from another should be ****. Can't believe that yours were cemented in too. They must have come ready, surely. Please don't be too upset by it, there are many of us that are good (I know, I have to find it hard to believe sometimes).

    Keep going music!

    Sorry you lost your ornaments.

Some years ago when I was in the Special Constabulary, I was a member of the International Police Association. In our magazine there was an article entitled "Nothing too big, nothing too small". It went on to relate that an earth mover (very large one) disappeared from a German Autobahn, Interpol were alerted but nothing was heard. After some weeks, the manufacturers were asked who it belonged to, as someone was trying to import it into a South American country and hadn't got enough money to pay the customs duty.
