They have arrived

    The Starlings that is. Over 2 dozen of them, adults with their babies. The noise of 2 dozen hungry Starlings is quite incredible :huh: I am putting out food 4 times a day now and its gone in minutes. They stay here for a few months until the babies have grown and they go again. This is the 3rd year they have done this.

      Ours are finding their wings at the bottom of the garden,they make me giggle they stand on the grass with their mouths open saying' feed me mummy'..clearly not concentrating on flying lessons or how to dig a worm out :heehee:

        It's good to see them back in my garden too,it's been a few years since I've seen so many...I love the way the babies go wobbling up to any other birds expecting to get fed:doh:...there were two young starlings pestering a Blackie for ages:)
