    dalbuie, you're a star [IMG]

And nothing more restful than looking into a star filled sky on a crisp winter night.

Thanks steve and paladin, I managed to raise ninety pound for cancer research. As the day has gone on my legs are feeling quite heavy. A hot bath tonight I think, but it was worth every penny I managed to raise. :D

I've done the local (nottingham) one 4 times and the robin hood half marathon twice, I do a gentle 3 or 4 miles along the local canals on a sunday morning now and enjoy the flora and fauna while going round [IMG]

I can't run but I'm going to cheer on my daughter on Sunday when she does 10K for Cancer Research round the grounds at Sandringham. She did the Great North Run last month for the Red Cross and earlier in the year did a 10K at the Norfolk Show ground. I do my bit by digging deep to sponsor her. This year she's raised three grand for charity. That's my girl....
