Thinking of putting in a veg patch!

    Hi everyone

    Thinking of putting a veg patch in front of the greenhouse. What size bed would you suggest? Wanting to grow French beans, carrots, spuds, Broccoli, Brussels Sprouts and cabbage?
    Really got the growing bug now :D

    Sean, the biggest you can put in. You`ll have no trouble filling it. :D

    planted out pea-pods today there about 6inches are they susceptible to frost

    David what dont you understand about planting out?
    they were brought on from peas in the greenhouse
    and now have planted them outside!!!under Gods blue sky ,or frosty sky :D :D :D

    it was a beautiful day forecast is quite good so maybe get them hardened of in case we get frost :rolleyes:

    Just put some fleece over in case of frost.get it from the garden centre ,they sell it by the metre.Old net curtains or even newspaper if you are stuck. J
