    Looks like Goat Willow.

      Looks like a willow, probably goat willow. Salvia hot lips is easier to take a cutting from.

        Definitely not a salvia. Goat willow will have a looonnggg wiry tap root!

        Yes remove whilst it is little. The seeds blow into gardens on the wind on fairy parachutes
