I have never been knocked over by the performance of my fuchsias . In hanging baskets and containers ( some in full sun , some in half shade ) they never seem to compete with the other flowers . At the end of last year I selected the best performers the pic is below . I had lost the name tags for them many months before
Can anyone assist in naming the 3 varieties ? And possibly give me tips to increase their performance - they were all bought at local nurseries.

    TIA

    Hi Harry

    Number 1 could be a Fuchsia Avalanche - http://www.simplyseedsandplants.co.uk/plant-0091/fuchsia-avalanche/

    I think number 2 is Delta's Sarah -http://beautifulgardens.shootgardening.co.uk/sitePlant.php?plantid=3497&name=fuchsia-deltas-sarah

Not sure on the third - do you think it could be Voodoo - http://www.simplyseedsandplants.co.uk/plant-0004-/fuchsia-voodoo/?

There are a lot of pictures on that Simply Seeds... site so might be worth a look through. I love fuchsias, they always did really well on the balcony I used to have so I'm hoping to carry on with our good relationship in my new garden! :)

Ooh yes, looking at the photos that does look more like it than my suggestion.

We agree on one then - fuchsia detectives, us. :thumb:
