My hanging baskets are about 10" across and then go to a point, how many of my little thunbergia plug plants should I plant in each? i don't want the roots overcrowded.

Val , I would try 5 in a 10" basket . I usually put 4 in a 10" planter with a couple of trailing Verbena . I may try a basket this year with just the white Thunbergia in . They do seem to grow pretty slowly at first and then you turn you back and they are off like a rocket :dbgrtmb:

Hoping its not to late to grow them.......brought a packet of T&M Thunbergia Salmon Shades and sowing tomorrow after soaking in water overnight............never grown these before and was thinking of planting them in a 4" soil pipe (horizontal) about 6 feet long and letting them cascade down from the pipe, not sure if its a good idea as there are generally classed as climbers?
