    Hello all

    I Hope you are Well.

I have a few Heuchera 'Melting Fire' around the Garden which are looking a bit worse for wear.

Unfortunately, due to a Rough Year, Garden Maintenance has suffered and I am now trying to get on top of things again.

    This is an example:

What is the Best way to tidy up Heuchera?

    Thanks in advance

    Kevin

Hi @Kevin Cowans - heucheras often push themselves up out of the ground, and the purples seem to do it most. You can simply dig them up and replant a bit deeper without any problem. It's a good idea to divide them at that point too, if you want more plants and even small pieces can be taken off, and potted up to grow on.

They can be prone to vine weevil, so check that too, but they're usually less problematic when in the ground - it's more common when they're in pots. If you see any, just wash the roots clean and then repot or replant
