    Hello
I am a pretty novice gardener here, but have been enjoying learning this summer. Just wondering if aubergine plugs would produce anything if planted out now and also if the climate in the UK is hot enough? Are they hard to maintain? I don't have a greenhouse. Thanks a lot

Never grown aubergines but I don't think they do that well outside and I'd say definitely too late to try this year.

I agree with pete, it's too late to get a crop outside. I've grown them in my greenhouse and planted in May, even then they were pretty late to fruit.
