Tired hands

    Can anyone recommend a hand cream or lotion that they use when their hands are tired after a day of gardening, something that relaxes the hand muscles?

    nivea is good, if you have tired muscles a good hand massage cannot be beaten. i dont think just a cream will relax tired muscles. :)

      i sometimes use foot lotion with peppermint and menthol, quite refreshing too seems to feel moisturised for longer too :)

        Arnica cream - a natural remedy. It's used all round the world to help reduce bruising and to ease aches and pains. Nelsons and Helios are well known brands in this country. Shop around as the price can vary a lot.
