To all the people who were so kind when Molly took ill
I feel i want to tell you.
At the age of 16 years and 9 months Molly went to sleep for the last time.
At 7 last night the heart failure beat her .
It all became to much and she was put to sleep.
Thank you to all the kind people that helped me through this.
I no I haven't been posting on here for a while.
But due to certain events I found it to hard.
We did all we could for her and when the time was right she was put to rest.
    Thank you.

Hugs Lyn. I'm so sorry for your loss. Molly was well loved and lived a long and happy life. I know the pain you must feel at her loss and wish I could be there to hold your hand and offer my shoulder. God bless you and your family.
      Love, Julie

Oh Lyn, my heart goes out to you, she was such a lovely old girl & what a fantastic age to reach too.. So many times she was the subject of photo comps, she had her fame too.. :sunny: The trust, love & devotion they give to us far out-weighs many humans... You will miss her very much I know Lyn, but you will never forget her.. She had a wonderful life & you made her very happy & comfortable.. We will miss you Molly.. xx

I'm sorry for your loss Lyn, I know its painful. I don't think you'll ever stop missing her, but the pain does ease, giving way to all the fond memories.

      Thank you all.
To be honest I feel like a weight as been lifted off me.
Of course I miss her and always will .
But the feeling of her being at rest is a comfort.
I hated seeing the way she was.
We did all we could for her up until the very end.
      I no she felt loved.
So many happy memories and photos of her.
      She will never be forgotten.
      My beautiful Molly.

So sorry, Lyn. She lived to a ripe old age and I'm sure she had a lovely life with you - but I know that isn't much comfort at the moment.

We had a lovely card today from our Vets.
Saying how sorry they were for our loss, attached was a packet of Forget me not seeds to plant in the spring.
      How thoughtful.
