    To Day I went for a slow walk in Chattenden a small village where they produce Raspberries 7 large fields of them :):)

      That's interesting, as Mrs Scrungee was telling me last year about an article (Telegraph Gardening?) about putting pots of raspberries into polytunnels to get a very early crop, but unfortunately I had to tell her all of ours are Autumn fruiting and it would only make sense (to me) to use Summer fruiting canes, as in your pics, then put them outside and replace with other crops.

      It would be interesting to know how early they start picking from those canes.

      mmmmm!!!!! Just imagining the smell in the polytunnel on a hot sunny day when they are all ripe & ready for picking!!!! :snork: Will you have a bowl, spoon & carton of cream in your back pocket??? :heehee:
