    Things are getting sparser now, trying to eek out whats left.

    Salad leaves are still going strong, with Landcress, Rocket, Mizuna & Mustard.

    Sugar Beet & Beetroot, Spinage & Spring Onions. Carrots are a bit wormy though.

    Oh no Dai,

    Just a bit worried as the roots are starting to put out those fine white roots, don't normally do that till march, giving the impression they are thinking about bolting already.

    If it doesn't get colder soon, might have the lot out & make Stew to freeze.

      I think, as they have started rerooting, you may have to lift them anyway Zig. Otherwise you may well miss out.:thumbsup:

      You could freeze the turnips and carrots, pickle the beetroot and eat the rest.:D:dbgrtmb:
