My tomato's are in decline, going yellow, brown and if i haven't got the affected areas off, black... both greenhouse and outside tomato's.

I have lost a whole crop of Roma and everything else is following.

Just how stupid have i been putting the cut offs in my compost?

Is it blight or something else?

I know my plants are all to close together, first year growing.

Oh dear, looks pretty much like blight to me. For indoor toms there seems to be too much condensation on the glass. Toms don't like damp humid conditions and blight forms easier in it.

Get the plants off your compost and take them to the dump right away.

Sorry to see you have it but you can use the undamaged toms.

thanks Shiney, condensation isn't normally that bad, took photo's before the sun hit the greenhouse but its good to know for next year.

All my remaining toms are in pots, dump the compost or can i use it the other side of house for things that aren't potato's or tomato's.

Bed where the roma's were will be used for marrows next year i think.

Wind, caterpillars and now blight... lucky what i actually get to eat is so nice.
