I have three tomato plants in a growbag in our conservatory, now about 800mm tall. In two of these the leaves near the top of the plants are growing twisted (in a spiral) and are not opening up flat. Also the stems of two of the branches have grown back together and rebranched. This has happened in an identical way in both plants and now the third plant is started to show signs.

I have attached three pictures to show this. We use no additives or sprays and suspect some kind of virus - but what has introduced it?

I wouldn't worry too much, they look like they are growing very strongly and it's not abnormal to get that contorted growth. Most years the tops of tomatoes curl up especially when you first start feeding them. You may want to lay off feeding them for a week or so and make sure you are only giving them the recommended dose of food.

Thanks for the ressurance John - I guess they are still using up the nutrient in the growbag - I haven't fed them myself yet!
