tomatoes compost bin

When the tomatoes have all finished and also the courgettes whilst i am at it, can i put the whole plants into the compost bin.

 

Yes, as long as you have not had any signs of tomato blight! Some people don't compost tomatoes and other vine fruit, but as long as it is disease free, any vegetable matter is good.
