tomatoes in hanging basket

[size=large]A while ago I saw advertised in The Daily Telegraph some sort of hanging baskets or containers with tomatoes in it. Anybody has experience of growing tomatoes upside down? They were claiming that the nutrients can more easily get to the roots.[/size]
