    Apparently only one person is injured very lucky,we had a tornado last year in the horses field

    We certainly seem to be getting some freak weather..getting tornados is something that is getting popular..Hope everyone is safe ..

    Bit frightening I would think for those involved - people injured and homes damaged.

    Talk of 'this is global warming' on tv news but
    I read elsewhere that there was a worse tornado in London in 1016!
    Global warming then? I hardly think so. [​IMG]

    Unusual but not unheard of - coincidentally there was a tornado in London on 8th Dec. 1954

    Looking at the pics it really is amazing that more folk weren't hurt.

    We had a damaging one come through our way a few years ago. I was safely in the smallest room at the time; very noisy & the water got rough for a while. :(
