    Hi Again

I was too late in the autumn to turn over the allotment so when will it be best to do this now I presume as soon as it's dry enough not to stick to my boots.

Not sure where I got this from but must have read it somewhere!!
    :dunno:
    Thanks

    Dave

always a good rule if the soil dosent stick to your boots then it should be workable , but at the moment waders would be a good bet

You could rough dig it now - particularly beneficial if your soil is clay. And then rotavate in the Spring. That won't be any help if you have a bad back etc. though ...

Either way "when it doesn't stick to your boots" is a good time :)
