    Hello,
I've had to totally renovate a small London garden as you can see it was a total mess and everything needed replacing or tearing out. Here's where I started in November 2007 :(

By April I've got things a bit orderly and started with new plantings though a long way to go and cost is creeping up ! I've made it simple and into a rectangle of beds, this is the east side. I'll try to find some other recent photos ...

Well done Biker I can well imagine the hard work involved getting the border to look that good. Now all you need is a nice summer so you may enjoy the fruits of your labour.Hel.xxx.

Marley I think I'll leave the ivy to cover it a little but like bits of the wall showing too as it was built in around 1880.

    cheers for all the encouragement.

:thumb: Nice one Biker.. They look like Staffordshire blue bricks on the top couple of courses.. If they are they are a nice brick & very hard, harder than a class 1 engineering brick..!! I think the Ivy will look nice, just be careful it doesn't get it's roots into the mortar... Enjoy mate..!!!:thumb::D
