Welcome to Gardeners Corner. :) I would think this plant is suffering from lack of water or nutrients and I assume from it's situation that it's in a pot? Trachelospermum will grow up to 30ft and is really a plant that should be in the ground.

    Welcome to Gardeners Corner :)

I think that looks more brown than yellow to me. Is it in windy position, could it be wind scorch or even dryness.

Yep it's in a pot. A fairly large and deep pot. I didn't water it much over the winter, It's sheltered from the rain and It's also quite a windy balcony.

I've given it good feed this morning, hopefully that will solve the problem.

      Thanks for your advice
