Hi all just wondered if any one had any idea what the problem may be wuth my palm. Its been in the ground 5 years and i have 3 others within close proximity with no issues. There are new finds coming through but they are also brown. Any ideas appreciated.

Not something I've ever really noticed on mine but for what it is worth I'm thinking you are seeing the growth of fronds that were well down in the crown through the winter, and as such are now growing out.
I wouldn't worry too much unless new fronds continue to have brown streaks right through the summer.
